Any staff member who has any conflicts with any of these dates MUST submit a letter in writing explaining what the conflict is and the specific dates. This letter MUST be attached with the "Request for Rehire" application. Please understand that by submitting 'conflict dates' does not necessarily mean that Residence Life is approving the request to miss the respective event. All letters submitted will be reviewed along with the Request for Rehire applications in order to determine eligibility of staff to return for Fall 2010.
Please note: Requests to miss any parts of staff training will be NOT be accepted after February 16, 2010. This may include, but is not limited to such events as weddings, birthdays, reunions, concerts, sporting matches, vacations, trips, marathons, etc...
The CGI (Campus Green Initiative Committee) in collaboration with various other campus offices, LLCs and student organizations such as HOPE, OWLS, DASL, etc.. are promoting recycling, energy & conservation efforts to the campus community. Please review the our "Going Green" handout as well as the "Guidelines to Recycling at BU".
Each week the GHDs meet with professional staff to review upcoming events, issues or concerns in the buildings, and to maintain open lines of communication. In an effort to keep CAs "in the know" the minutes of those meetings will be posted on the CA website.
